Mr. Buffett’s holding company purchased a majority stake in Real Living and the soon to be renamed Prudential real estate.  This investment gave his company a combined 53,000 agents with sales of over $70 billion dollars per year.

Real Living recognized as one of the top real estate brands by consumers

In a recent national survey comparing consumer awareness of real estate brands conducted by Millward Brown, 24% of respondents said they had heard of or seen Real Living.  In just two years as a national brand, Real Living’s consumer brand awareness is higher than both Realty Executives and Weichert according to this research study.

McCarthy GMAC Real Estate announced that following an exhaustive review of national real estate franchises, it has joined Real Living, one of America’s most innovative and fastest-growing real estate companies.

The Kenmore-based company also announced that it has changed its name to Real Living Northwest Realtors, and to celebrate, its standing as the Seattle area’s first Real Living franchise—is holding a special charity fundraiser as its first official event. The keynote speaker for the Dec. 1 event will be Kaira Rouda, founder of Real Living and the best-selling author of the motivational business book, Real You Incorporated.

“We are excited to have joined Real Living and the new energy it brings to real estate,” said Keoki McCarthy, broker-owner of Real Living Northwest Realtors. “When we began our search for a national firm several months ago, we resolved to find one that promised and delivered a new and energetic approach.
